Payments/Refunds

• You acknowledge that you are responsible to fulfil payment for any and all services provided by ‘Tarot Insights By Jamie’. 
• Payment is by Bank Transfer, detailed with the invoice booking number as the reference, to:

• All payments must be received within 24 hours of receiving the booking invoice. If this is not received within this time, your booking request will be cancelled and the appointment will be re-released as available for others to book.
• Within 24 hours of receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation email as proof of purchase, along with any video link details (if applicable).
• No refunds will be issued after Reading Services have been completed, regardless of content. 
• Refunds will only be issued if in the event that a booked Reading does not take place as per the Cancellation Policy outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

• Should you wish to cancel or rebook your Reading the following applies:
  • 48 hours’ notice or more will grant a full refund- OR a change of date/time to the next available slot (Availability not guaranteed).
  • 24 hours’ notice will grant 50% refund. Any rebooking will be at full cost.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice- no refund will be issued regardless of the reason. Any subsequent rebooking will be at full cost.
• If in the rare event I am unable to fulfil your booking; Due to illness or unforeseeable circumstances, the following applies:
  • Notice will be given immediately via phone message (if number provided upon booking) or by email when identifying that the booking cannot be fulfilled.  There will be an opportunity to rebook on another day and once a mutually agreeable alternative appointment is identified, an updated confirmation email will follow. 
  • If I give less than 4 hours’ notice, a 50% refund will be issued and an alternative date and time will be offered free of charge. 
  • If an alternative appointment cannot be mutually found, a full refund will be issued. 
• If a virtual Reading is interrupted due to IT or Network issues the following applies:
  • If the issue is with your IT or Network and we are less than 50% of the way through the reading, a rebooking option will be available free of charge to try again another day. 
  • If the issue is with your IT or Network and we are more than 50% of the way through the reading, there will be no rebooking option and no refund issued, but I will provide the remaining element of the reading by email. 
  • If the issue is with my IT or Network there will be a rebooking option available, free of charge to try again another day. If a mutually agreeable alternative booking cannot be found, a full refund will be issued.

• Please note that I only Read the Tarot cards for clients of 18 years and over. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are 18 years and over. 
• You understand that Tarot Readings are purely provided as a means of intuitive guidance and/or entertainment purposes only, and cannot therefore be used as a substitute for professional advice: legal, medical, financial, psychological or otherwise. 
• You understand that you are fully responsible for your own well-being during and after any Tarot Readings, including any subsequent decisions or actions you make following a reading.
• You recognize that you must ensure you exercise all wisdom, common sense, risk assessment and critical thinking available to you when making decisions or taking actions that effect your life, and you therefore assume full responsibility for those decisions and actions as well as their resultant consequences. 
• You recognize that any and all predictions or speculation on potential future outcomes shared in a Reading are not guaranteed outcomes. The readings are expressions of interpretation only which is open to subjective opinion. 
• You recognize that you are solely responsible and liable for any damage or losses incurred as a result of decisions or actions that you have taken after a Reading, and that I as the Tarotist hold no liability or responsibility for such occurrences should they happen. 

Ethical Disclaimer

• You understand that the future is not a fixed entity, the Readings are a snapshot in time based on the energy at that time, and you have free will throughout. 
• All Tarot Readings provided are treated with complete confidentiality and will never be shared with anyone, unless you choose to share the details yourself. 
• All Readings are carried out to the best of my ability, with an intent to provide helpful insight that enables you, as the client to feel empowered to reach your full potential and goals in life. The Readings do not guarantee outcomes, those outcomes are purely and only down to you, as the client and the actions you take.
• I do not carry out readings for a Third party, therefore to avoid disappointment, please ensure you focus your energy and your questions on yourself and your experience of a situation rather than on someone else. 
• All clients accessing my services are to be 18 years or over. 
• All clients must have full capacity to consent to a Reading. 
• My services are inclusive and accepting of all diversities across the population and will not have judgement against any persons regardless of age, gender, spiritual following, sexual orientation, race, background, economic status or any other protected characteristics.
• The overall goal with my Tarot Reading is to help clients through the medium of Tarot to encourage reflective discussion and enable the client to see potential options that could possibly help resolve problems or enable progression. 

General Conditions

• You agree that all ‘Tarot Insights By Jamie’ content is solely the intellectual property of mine and therefore cannot be used or sold by a Third party or Persons without prior written consent from me. 
• Branded documentation such as Written Readings are for personal use only and not for wider distribution, advertising or marketing. The document presentation of such is subject to copywrite ownership of ‘Tarot Insights by Jamie’.
• You understand that I reserve the right to refuse to provide services to anyone at any time for any reason. 
• You understand that I reserve the right to make any modifications to my website and/or social media pages, including terminating, changing, suspending or discontinuing any aspect of the website and/or social media pages at any time, without notice.
• You agree that I will not be liable to you or any Third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of my services, website and/or social media pages.

How long I keep information

All invoicing information is kept securely and confidentially indefinitely as per HMRC auditing process. All other documentation and information is kept for 1 year from last date of contact. After this time, all personally identifiable information is securely destroyed.
